Terms & Conditions
- MTT shall be responsible to the guests for supplying the services and accommodations described in this itinerary, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the Operators. In such circumstances, the Operators will do their best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.
- This itinerary represents the entire agreement between the Guest and MTT.
- All baggage and personal belongings are at all times at the passenger’s own risk. Baggage
insurance is recommended. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers who provide services on tour are independent contractors; they are not agents, employees or servants of the Operators or
- their associated companies. The Operators are not responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties.
- Where the passenger occupies a motor coach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither the Operator or co-operating organisations will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from any accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such accident or incident.
- For the comfort and convenience of our passengers we may sometimes amend the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event that a participant misses a part of the Sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on their part then they will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
- Rates are as of 2018 and any increase in the rate of fuel and taxes by the government notification of any country in the itinerary on any of the products or services mentioned may change the pricing structure before departure and the same will be applicable if any.
- Visas are at the sole discretion of the issuing country. In case visa is denied, visa amount will not be refunded.
- The schedule in the itinerary will be followed as far as possible. However, there can be changes in hotels, touring schedules or even cancellation of a particular program under exceptional conditions such as disastrous weather, strikes, loss of travel documents, under circumstances if scheduled flight is cancelled or delayed or tour coach break-down. Under such extraordinary situations, our company will handle the situation in the best possible way as the situation permits to the utmost satisfaction of the pilgrims. However there will be no liabilities on MTT in case of rescheduling of the itinerary.
- No claim, complaint of whatsoever nature or any claim for damages will be entertained or admitted for consideration, if lodged with the company beyond 15 days from the end of the tour.
- The pilgrim operator acts only as an intermediary in making arrangements for hotels, transportation or any other travel services. As such he is not liable for any force mature, personal injury, illness, property damage or other loss or expense of any nature arising directly or indirectly out of any actions of hotels, airlines, transportation companies or any other person or company providing or rendering services reserved through us.
- In case of hospitalization/loss of passport, etc. the organizing team/pilgrim operator will not be responsible to stay back with the pilgrim.
- At all times, the pilgrims need to adhere to the instructions and time of the pilgrim operator during the pilgrimage. In case for any reason, a pilgrim leaves the group or is lost or delayed in reporting at the specified place and time, he/she has to make their own arrangements to reach the next place on the itinerary.
- All arrangements for the pilgrimage are undertaken solely by MTT.
